How to create my account?
To create your account, simply fill in the necessary fields in the registration form.
Click on the tab in the upper right corner of the site "My Account".
You will receive an email for account confirmation: your password is required to place an order.
How do I login to my account?
To login, you must click on "My Account" and insert your email and password.
How do I find my password?
In "My Account" , just click on "Forgot your Password?" And you will instantly receive your password.
Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
How do I change my information?
Head in the "My Account" tab, you have direct access to your personal information. You can change them as many times as you like.
I would like to access the history of my orders.
Log into your account with your password, and click "Orders history and details”.
Which countries do you deliver?
All the countries are listed in "Shipping & Returns".
What are your shipping options?
In France, you can be delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost.
Internationally, you can be delivered by UPS Standard or UPS Express.
Can I return the swimsuit if it does not fit?
If the swimsuit does not fit you, you have 15 days to send it back and get a refund.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
Only the price of the product purchased will be refunded, return fees are your responsibility unless we made an error.
How long before am I reimbursed?
As soon as possible! Within 15 days of the date on which our team received the returned product.
How to return a product?
1. Make your return request by sending us a message via the contact form
2. Send your package within fifteen (15) days after receipt with your name, email and the reference of the order to the following address:
After this period, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer, and GB COLLECTIONS reserves the right to refuse exchange, credit or refund.
What payment method to choose?
You can pay in 3 different ways:
- Payment by credit card : A 100% secure payment through SSL, which encrypts your data.
- Payment by Paypal (France & International): Pay directly through your PayPal account.
Why may my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for the following reasons:
- Your card has expired. Check the expiration date.
- You may have reached the limit of the amount available on the card. Check with your bank the authorized amount.
- One of the data you have entered is incorrect. Check that you have entered the data into the appropriate fields.
How to use a discount code on your site?
A validation of your cart, enter the promotional code in the box reserved for it. The total price will adjust automatically.

You can benefit from special offers by subscribing to the newsletter at the bottom right of the website, or by following us on social networks.
